For homework my class gets to make scone's which is really fun so I decided to share it with you all anyway here is what you need and the instructions.
Ingriedients:
2 half cups of champion grade self raising flour
1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of butter
1 cup of milk
Method
. Turn your oven onto 220.c grease an oven tray
.Sift sugar + salt into a bowl
.Melt butter in a pan turn off heat and add milk
.Add to bowl mix with knife to the soft the dough
.knead it lightly on a flour surface
.Roll out lightly using a cup or a cookie cutter
.Put them closely together on the tray
.Brush tops with milk bake for 10-12 minutes
